Melbourne

Melbourne is Australia's second biggest city and has a diverse population of about 3.2 million people. The city is the capital of Victoria which is located in the South East of the main continent and in a climate zone with four distinguishable seasons.

Melbourne - just recently voted the most livable city in the world - offers a full array of attractions including a broad range cultural events, fine dining, and a number of major sport events including the world renowned Australian F1 Grand Prix, the Australian Open Tennis championship and the world's biggest horse race - the Melbourne Cup.

The city can be accessed by various forms of public transportation including trams, trains and buses and even by foot. Thanks to the founders of Melbourne, residents have access to a park in less than 10-minutes by foot regardless of their destination.

Due to its diverse population, people from all parts of the world feel welcomed and praise Melbourne for its openness and friendly atmosphere.

South Melbourne

South Melbourne is located just South of the Melbourne CBD. While close in proximity to the world of business, South Melbourne is a quite location making it the ideal home.

South Melbourne features one of the oldest markets in Victoria which supplies you with local produce five times a week including fresh seafood, meat, cheeses, fruits and vegetables.

The Melbourne CBD can be reached by foot (10 min) or via one of more than 10 tram lines that connect the suburb with the Melbourne CBD in 2-minute intervals.
